Farmers In The Main Social Role Theory Perspective Study

New socialist countryside construction is the important strategic of Party and state In the new century. As main part, peasants are main force in the new rural construction.Focusing on the Peasantry's Subjectivity in the perspective of role theories, this qualitative research mainly describes and analyzes the role-perception and role-action and its relationship of Peasantry's Subjectivity by case study of new socialist countryside construction of X Village in Hebei province. Actually, this study wants to answers some questions that what the role perception of Peasantry's Subjectivity is and how they take the roles. We also analyze the gap between role-perception and role-action, in order to reflect the situation of farmers in building new countryside, and discuss the approach of stimulating Peasantry's Subjectivity.They provide economic, political, social background of Peasantry's Subjectivity research which are irrational financial transfer payment and one project one discussion,embarrassment of villager autonomy and waking of right consciousness,dual social structure, differentiation and atomization and be skeptical cadres. Active cognitive and passive cognitive are two main type of role-perception. Compared with past,rural elite,partner and low-incomes, peasants gain role-perception. Peasants could acknowledge obligations and behavior of role that is difficult to do, as there are Practical difficulties. Under the care of the typology, peasants have different task,degree of responsibility,difficulty and behavior characteristics, as different Identity and Roles way. Behavior characteristics of peasants are illuminated:behavior-strained is coexistent with behavior- idled; inert role is coexistent with positive role; duty behavior is side-by-side with profit behavior. It could reflect role behavior objectively by role typology. The gap between peasants'role perception and role practice is caused by double impact of qualified status and behavior scenarios. In the new background of rural governance, we also strenuously point out that the rural society has transformed into profit society, and peasants are people of the profit society. The strength of peasants is reflected by strong self-organizing capacity,contradictions and conflicts and financial support, but we should view it dialectically. Rural elites which are the Important force of rural construction, should be endued Corresponding right and prestige.
