Preliminary Study Of The Holistic Mode Of Thinking Of College Basketball Coaches Tactical Plans

As the development of basketball sport, the intelligence of player and coach become more and more important in the games. Especially to the coach who is in charge of training and conducts the games, his intelligence has become the vital factor in the games. At present, scholars put more emphasis on the skills, strategies, achieve strategies of the players, and ignore the research of thinking model of coach as an organizer and director. Therefore, it is of value to study the thinking model of basketball coach's strategies design.This paper makes use of the methods, such as documentary, questionnaire survey, statistics method and analytic method, bases on the theories of basketball and sports and regards thinking science, systematic science and psychology as the break through point to investigate the thinking model of basketball coach in higher school. This paper aims at learning about the situation of basketball coach's strategies in the games, revealing the whole thinking process of basketball coach's strategies design in the games, exploring the working device of basketball coach's strategies design in the games, and constructing the whole thinking process of basketball coach's strategies design in the games. I wrote this paper in the hope of bringing some enlightenment in improving the thinking capacity of coach, broadening prospective of basketball sport research and basketball theories.Conclusion as follows:1,Systematic thinking model of strategies design in basketball games is the creative, scientific, and forward looking thinking paradigm that is involved in some factors and combination and comparison of their interrelationship. When basketball coach makes strategy plan, he should consider the object as a big system made up of a series of small systems.2,Systematic thinking model of strategies design in basketball games consists of integrity of thinking principle, integrity of thinking operating, and integrity of thinking deciding.3,Thinking model of coach's strategies design in basketball games stays mostly at the level of experience, not systematic and scientific.4,Systematic thinking model of coach's strategies design in basketball games regards the integrity of thinking principle as the guidance. The integrity of thinking mainly includes integrity of thinking law and thinking principle. Integrity of thinking principle refers to combination of various factors, interweave of interlocking factors and perforation of different levels and aspects. Integrity of thinking principle is composed of the most effective principle, whole balance, partial advantage and flexible principle.5,Systematic thinking model of coach's strategies design in basketball games is characterized by macro-function optimization, part dynamic increase and overall cousistency, component integrity and structure rationality, and adaptive capacity comprehensiveness.6,The operating device of systematic thinking model of coach's strategies design in basketball games includes four thinking factors, such as the search and conceives of information, stimulation of information, manufacturing of thinking information, and decision of strategies.
