The study object of this article was based on cultivation form of the middle and senior basketball coaches of China. Investigation object was based on basketball coaches by national training, including 87 coaches in the middle class of the 8th grade and senior class of the.14th grade of 2010. The article adopt the methods of documentary data, interview, investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and reviewed the development of the middle and senior basketball coach cultivation. It analyzed deeply the present situation of the middle and senior basketball coach training for sexual proportion, age structure, education background, sports career, level of foreign languages, adoption of multi-media tech, scientific situation. The result suggests that the'middle and senior basketball coach cultivation has many problems. Such as the weak effect and information service of job training, the unreasonability of lesson system, unfirm of education background of coaches and so on. According to the survey results, should take basketball coaches institute, established in developed countries to strengthen and basketball talent in coaches communication and training, added training frequency and base, introducing competition mechanism, the specialization of trainers, implements classified cultivation, expand basketball coaches information service measures such as strengthening our country ways of medium and senior training basketball coaches. This paper tries to through the research and analysis, further perfect our country middle and senior basketball coaches training mode, improve, advanced training quality, speed up basketball coaches basketball coaches team construction, so as to promote the rapid development of Chinese basketball and enhance.
