Chinese teachers'ethical consciousness is the core of the Chinese teachers' professional ethics, is an important part of manifestation of Chinese teacher's virtue, which directly reflect Chinese teachers'conscience, responsibility, loving and caring, etc. It is a liability on basic understanding about teachers of Chinese language' education belief, professional ideals, work motivation and professional attitude, part of professional aspects of personality and establishing the basic knowledge in this based on knowledge behavior orientation, is the inner spirit of the teachers quality of speech, the embodiment of action. The inner spirit of teachers of Chinese language education teaching quality is a kind of belief and accomplishment which supports teachers'professional, influencing on teachers' education teaching attitude, education teaching emotional, education teaching behavior, etc. Focusing on the ethical consciousness in reading class has an important influence on recognizing the sense of value, strengthening the motivation of education. Minority has its unique history and culture, what kind of ethical and moral consciousness exists in classroom teaching, whether these ethics consciousness by research object background and study the influence of the object itself? This study in investigation interview on the base of analysis and research.This study is on a basis of a survey on the related research home and abroad, takes the Shuang Ding Middle school as a case, by classroom observation, realizing emotional values in classes that identify Chinese teacher in the classroom, then analysis the teaching ethical consciousness of reading through daily communication, questionnaire and on-the-spot interview. In this study, the author analysis the present ethical construction of Shuang Ding Middle school in Minzu Reigion, Guangxi. Through the analysis of the structure, and found this structure consists of consciousness,by identifying role role-playing consciousness, consciousness of three parts. Each of their respective specific performance, the content they three aspects respectively, the contents of the governs a pair of Chinese teachers should attitude consciousness, polite consciousness, standard consciousness; Chinese teacher respect consciousness, care consciousness , considerate of consciousness; Chinese teachers good habit of consciousness, the aesthetic emotion consciousness, national culture consciousness. On this basis, the author further questionnaire interview, explore Chinese teachers in the classroom the teaching of reading the lack of ethical consciousness. Finally, the author puts forward to improving Chinese teachers in the classroom reading teaching ethics consciousness missing countermeasures: first of all, through spiritual culture construction and change pays special attention to the education concept, parents improve social environment; Secondly, through setting up reasonable curriculum and teacher training to enhance the education administrative department duties; Again, through improving the school management system and improve the school spirit, teaching and study, strengthen the construction of school culture construction; Finally, through the continuous introspection and learning, improve the teacher's individual ethics consciousness.Thesis mainly consists of four most constitutes, the first part is preface, mainly from the introduction, research significance, the literature review, the core concept definition, study design five aspects. The second part is based on present situation of study background investigation, mainly including general collect information, understanding, introduces background. The third part is a set of nanning in Shuang Ding middle-school teachers of Chinese language classroom reading instruction ethics moral consciousness through the investigation and study, the classroom observation and questionnaire survey method, interview from nine aspects of the school teachers of Chinese language in reading teaching in class, the connotation of the ethical and moral consciousness are analyzed, and based on this summed up the school teachers of Chinese language in reading instruction in class, the structure of the ethical and moral consciousness. The fourth part is the discussion that what causes Chinese teachers in classroom reading miss ethical and moral consciousness and the author take actions on solving missing causes the countermeasures.
