With the in-depth advancement of the reform of the new curriculum in senior highschool, educators are devoted to inspiring the students’ interest of learning physics andto exploring new teaching models and effective methods so as to obtain the efficiency ofthe physics classroom teaching. According to the real situation of the senior middleschool physics concept teaching, physics regular teaching and physics experimentalteaching, this thesis will be, this thesis will do the application research on the“inspiration-discussion” model and summarize the implementation conditions,principles and characteristics and finally conclude the operation procedure of this modelby basing on the relevant theories about the teaching model “inspiration-discussion”,making full use of the psychology theory, systematic science and the constructivismtheory by adopting the documentary method, the induction and the case study method,comparing the previous research achievements of the “inspiration-discussion” model,combining the problems of the traditional “five-paragraph” teaching model andanalyzing the new curriculum concept and the physics teaching.Finally, based on the application of this model and students’ feedback, this thesisdraws a conclusion that this teaching model is more suitable for physics regularteaching and physics experimental teaching. Meanwhile, the advantages of this modelare that it is obscure for estimating students’ class performance and it requires a highercapacity for students’ self-learning. Besides, this thesis proposes useful suggestionsabout using this model in the senior high school concept teaching and regular teaching.In the following part, three suggestions will be given.First, according to the teaching content, various teaching methods should be usedto create the physical situation so as to inspire students’leaning interest.Second, what is emphasized is the interactivity between teachers and students, thefeedback, overall performance and the relaxing and pleasant class atmosphere, whichcan help student express themselves and argue with others freely. As a result, students’competence of analyzing and solving problems can be improved.Third, This model can be used in physics regular teaching and physics experimental teaching.Fourth, small class teaching is more effective for carrying out the“inspiration-discussion” model.
