The original intention of writing this article is to explore and research on Cultivating Model of Full-time Masters of Primary Education (CMFMPE). The full-time masters of education is late in getting started, the cultivating model still in the stage of exploration and innovation. It puts forward the suggestion of CMFMPE with characteristic of professional degree based on the theory for the construction of CMFMPE, combining full-time Master of primary school education status and the training analysis program text.The main truck of this article can be divided into four chapters:The first part is introduction. It states the background of the subject, research significance, literature review and research thinking and approaches. And the definition of related concepts of professional degree, Master of Education in full time and cultivation model as well.The second part is about the analysis of the training program. This chapter analyzes the training program of CMFMPE from the northeast to southwest in China, including7colleges in6regions. From the text analysis, we found that the scheme of training target localization is unclear, course structure to be optimized and academic evaluation features still need to highlight.The third part is about the analysis of present situation of CMFMPE in China. Based on the questionnaires and interviews, the current status of full-time studies mainly include the following seven aspects:the students in non-primary education accounted for the majority, training process and the expected training objectives disconnect, the practice teaching of the curriculum module for a small proportion, emphasize the cultivation of practice ability in the teaching process, insufficient and interact with the theory of professional practice time is not enough,"double tutorial system" is not yet universal, and dissertation evaluation standard and academic.The fourth part is theoretical researches and suggestions for the CMFME. Based on text analysis and investigation of present situation, and combined with the theory of the professional development of teachers, this part provides a system thinking such as defining training objectives based on the competency of primary school teacher, constructing curriculum map with reflective practice ability, improving the training process oriented the professional ability, and distinguishing the evaluation standard oriented the characteristics of application.
