The original intention of writing this article is to explore and research on CultivatingModel of Full-time Masters of Education (CMFME). The full-time masters of education is latein getting started, the cultivating model still in the stage of exploration and innovation. It putsforward the suggestion of CMFME with characteristic of professional degree based on thetheory for the construction of CMFME, combining the successful experience and existingproblems of CMFME in university S, and through serious analysis and research,The main truck of this article can be divided into four chapters:The first part is introduction. It states the background of the subject, research significance,literature review and research thinking and approaches. And the definition of related concepts’of professional degree, Master of Education in full time and cultivation model as well.The second part is document research. Summarizing characteristics of the M.Ed., by thecomparison with other two degrees, and the meaning of degree settings also.The third part is case study, mainly for the CMFME in university S. In order to structurethe CMFME, it summaries and reflection the successful experiences and existing problems ofCMFME through questionnaire survey and half–structured interview.The Fourth part is theoretical researches and suggestions for the CMFME. At first, thetheoretical bases of CMFME. Secondly, Changing concepts of government competentdepartment, universities, professors and students, for the purpose of establishing the neweducational concept with value of applied personnel training. Thirdly, structuring thecultivating mode with characteristics of “two guiders, three ability, interactive teaching”. Suchmode can be divided into several parts, such as scientific setting training objectives, learningfrom university S, the course system setting with the characteristic of practical ness, to carry outthe double tutorial system, to explore new teaching methods such as case teaching, and reformthe practice teaching mode. At last, it will improve the internal and external quality assurancesystem and some suggestions about state supporting policies.
