Since1996, China began to implement the Masters of Education program, and then madea formal admission in1997. So far, the Masters of Education and training has been nearly17years. Although the scale of training Masters of Education in China continuing to expand,many achievements has made, the progress of their training was not smooth. It was beingreviewed, reflected, compared as well as learned all the time to find its way. The research ofwhole training process has also become one of most popular topics in the educational field inour countryBased on the above situations, this paper mainly study on the Full-time education mastertraining mode, based on the survey of the learning situation of full-time master of educationstudents of grade2012of Hainan Normal University empirical study. In addition, by usingquestionnaire, interview, questionnaire and analysis lots of literature of Master’s degree infull-time education training mode,to find out the existing problems and reasons in the processof full-time Master of education training. Provide reference to improve the national master ofeducation model.First of all, by combing the literature, the author was further defined the concept ofcultivation mode, and briefly summarized the training objectives, master of educationcurriculum, education, cultivation quality and other research related to the master of educationof domestic scholars.According to the definition of the concept of cultivation mode and the elaborate ofCurrent situation of full-time Master of education in the second chapter, based on teachingmode, educational practice and the structure of teachers and other aspects of the problem incultivation model, analyzes the reason of the problems form students own reason, caseteaching, tutor selection in third chapter.The fourth chapter based on the analysis of previous chapter, find a breakthrough fromthe student themselves, perfecting the students’ understanding the connotation of major bycreate the archives, improve pre-school education, then poses ways to optimize cultivation model from the progress of teaching, curriculum, teaching material construction, tutor teamconstruction, the establishment of teaching evaluation system, construction of educationpractice base.
