This article embarks from the current not-harmonious phenomena that exist in education domain in the background of constructing our harmonious society. I emphatically analyzed the universal unfairness phenomena in education domain. First I reviewed the fairness connotation and its development history,and try to understand the true meaning of"fairness"; simultaneously I reviewed the different explanation of"educational fairness"in different discipline, pointed out the true meaning and the deficiency of educational fairness under different discipline , and give my understanding of educational fairness in this article. Then I thoroughly analyzed the relations between the educational fairness and the harmonious society. Educational fairness and harmonious society is a kind of non-this not other, from one to the other's relation,the educational fairness is the harmonious society's foundation. Between them is a kind of interaction relation. In addition I also pointed out that in the process of constructing our harmonious society, the unfair educational phenomena are not only merely exist in the education opportunity equality, but also exist in the education process and in the education result, Besides, because of our country's historical, political and the system reasons, the unfair educational phenomena also exist in the different social stratum, different areas and in different sexes. Moreover I specially analyzed the new questions which appeared in our current country, such as the questions of children of the farmer-workers. Finally I analyzed the reasons that produced these phenomena from the deep level, and tried to give some measures to solve these unfair phenomena , including: First should develop the economy vigorously, next in the policy should incline to the developing area, gives the developing area certain benefit compensation, carries on the system innovation, only then can achieves these, can fundamentally eliminate our country's unfair educational phenomena, and can achieves the education harmony, thus realizes the entire society's harmony.
