| Guidance case teaching method is accepted by a great number of educators for being able to reflect the concept of new curriculum reform. This method pays attention to subject status of the students and guiding function of teachers. In consequence of being able to improve the physics course teaching efficiency of the junior middle school, to give full play to the students’learner autonomy, and to embody the subject status of the students under the new course principle, guidance case teaching method attracts significant attention in current physics course teaching.This paper is mainly about how to design a guidance case that conforms to the learning rules of the students, stimulates the students’initiative of preview before and after classes, improves the class efficiency effectively and develops the students’ self-regulated learning ability. Moreover, the paper will focus on guidance case designing research which is appropriate for the ordinary junior middle school like the one the writer teaches in.This article contains the six parts. The first part is the introduction, including the background, current situation, purpose, meaning, contents, and method of the guidance case research. The second part is the literature review, which concludes the theoretical basis of the guidance case design research. The third part is a questionnaire of the guidance case application in current situation, including the survey of guidance case using status and the analysis of the survey results. We get to know that the learning enthusiasm and learning interest of the students are improved by the using of guidance cases, meanwhile, the content of the guidance cases need further improvement. The vivid and straightaway guidance cases combined with practical ways are needed in the design of guidance cases content. The forth part is the analysis of guidance cases. The writer selects three guidance cases from different stages and different kinds of lessons to research and analyze. The basic principle of the guidance case design and the careful analysis of the three guidance cases are included in this part. To prepare for the guidance case summarizing in next chapter, the writer analyzes the designing ways and structure of each guidance case from the points of observing physical phenomena, students’ experiment and the concept learning and understanding. The fifth part is the analysis of the guidance case using status and the conclusion of the basic design idea, including the comparison and analysis of the teaching of two classes, and concluding basic step and scheme of guidance case design. The writer summarizes the guidance case design scheme, which can give some advice to the future writing of guidance cases, by selecting three guidance cases and teaching practice. The sixth part draws the conclusion and future work. Appropriate guidance cases can be designed if we follow the principle and scheme in the actual teaching. The research results have guiding significance for the future teaching application. |
