The Status Of The Current University Employment Guidance, Problems And Countermeasures

College graduates are important human resources. They are the major power to carry out the strategy of invigorating China through the development of science and education, and to realize the blueprint of ensuring our people a relatively comprehensive well-off society. The reasonable distribution of resources, i.e. the optimal matching of people and vocation, would contribute greatly to the healthy development of our country in political, economic, technological and cultural aspects, even the full value embodiment of college graduates. If supplied with effective employment guidance, the college students can formed the proper recognition of the society early, plan and design for their future career reasonably and can be well prepared in knowledge, skills, ideas, concepts, psychology etc. so as to achieve harmonious employment and powerful support to human resource rational allocation.With the popularization of higher education restructuring and continuous maturation of market economic system, employment status is drawn more and more attention generally college students encounter the difficulty of getting occupations, which makes the university employment guidance more and more important. After several years of practice, although the university employment guidance achieved some success, there are still many problems and shortcomings, such as the guiding idea being unclear , being satisfied with the increase in the employment rate; guidance available but not in time and failure in meeting students'requirements; guidance being devoid of content, tending to be preaching, and the lack of career planning and guidance; the simplified guidance form and the lack of respective vocational evaluation and psychological counseling for individuals. Furthermore, the lack of professional teachers; gives rise to poor guidance effect which makes the post matching difficult.Therefore, after summarizing and analyzing the current situation of Chinese colleges and employment guidance on the basis of existing problems, this paper tries to propose some effective measures for colleges'employment guidance, and to dedicate myself to the development of college employment guidance and the resolution for the difficulty of college students'employment.This paper contains four major parts:The first section is a general introduction to the purpose, significance, the current research and the basic idea of this study.
