Research purposes: Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run(PACER) test has become one of the main aerobic fitness test methods in Europeancountries, the United States, Canada and Japan and many other countries. But Ourresearch on PACER test is less. This study was designed scientific studies and testson PACER test to predict maximal oxygen uptake junior high reliability study. Whilethe use of PACER test of Huai’an District junior high school students to test theiraerobic capacity to understand the aerobic fitness and analysis.Methods:48students (26male,22female) aged from12-15years old of SchoolAffiliated to Donghua University and Sheshan middle school performed treadmill testand PACER test,Comparing of the measured maximum oxygen uptake treadmill testwith PACER projected correlation between maximal oxygen uptake, randomlyselected,787people (418male,369female)junior high school students aged from12-15years old of Huai’an city district, performed PACER test.evaluation andanalysis of the results and maximum running speed PACER; according to the U.S.FITNESSGRAM aerobic endurance adolescent health standards, calculated pass rateon their aerobic endurance evaluation; according to Fitnessgram cardiorespiratoryfitness evaluation standards, health risk assessment; while normal weight, overweight, obese students PACER test results were compared.Results:(1)Related to the presence of junior high school boys and girls in the estimatedvalue and the PACER test treadmill test values directly extremely significantdifference (P <0.01).The correlation coefficient boys r=0.833, correlation coefficientgirls r=0.768.(2)HuaianDistrict junior PACER test pass rate50%boys,82.15for girls. Theboys aged12-15through rate were52.1%,42.6%,51.5%,54.9%;female12?15years old through rate were100%,83.7%,78.9%,46.9%.(3)Huaiancity junior high school boys and girls in the total area of unhealthyhigh-risk ratio as9.3%,7.0%, unhealthy low risk are18.2%,72.5%of healthyproportion,74.8%.12-year-old boys and girls at high risk of unhealthy proportionsare0,unhealthy low-risk ratio of18.3%,9,2%, a healthy ratio of81.7%,90.8%;13-year-oldboys and girls at high risk of unhealthy proportions are0,unhealthylow-risk ratio of16.7%,20.1%,83.3%healthy proportion,79.9%. The proportion of14-year-oldboys and girls at high risk of an unhealthy16.5%,5.6%, the proportion ofunhealthy low risk was17.5%,19.7%, the proportion was66%health,74.7%, Theproportion of15-year-old boys and girls at high risk of an unhealthy32.4%,34.4%,the proportion of low-risk healthy21.1%,31.2%, the proportion of healthy46.5%,34.4%. With increasing age, the proportion of men and women born healthy gradualreduction in the12-15years old, and gradually increase the proportion of high-riskunhealthy.(4)Huaiandistrict PACER test scores of boys(aged12-15)with the final runningspeed for each age group are more than girls, boys and girls in each age group with the final running speed PACER test scores are an extremely significant difference (P<0.01).(5)Boys PACER test scores with the last increase in running speed increases withincreasing age. Girls between12-14years of age, with increasing age PACER testscores also increases. But15-year-old PACER test scores declined;(6)Boys and girls of different weight PACER test scores, the final running speedand calculate maximal oxygen uptake: normal group〉overweight〉obesity group.Normal and overweight, normal and obese each age group as there are verysignificant differences (P <0.01). Part of the age group of overweight and obesity inthe individual indicators exist signiifcant differences (P <0.05);15-year-old boysPACER test scores, and finally running speed, calculate maximal oxygen uptake,14and15-year-old girl was last running speed and calculate maximal oxygen uptake. Conclusions:PACER test can be used as an effective way to evaluate junior high aerobiccapacityDistrict of Huai’an city junior high school girls by reducing with increasing age,the boys rose slightly with increasing age. Girls aged12to14through the PACER testscores rate is much higher than boys, boys by the age of15is higher than girls.Huaian city district health proportion of boys and girls12-15years of agedecreased gradually increase the proportion of high-risk unhealthy.obese students aerobic capacity is lower than overweight people, even lower thanthe normal population.
