In order to enlarge the research scope of education donation, enrich the theory and practice research of basic education donation, and from a larger extent, increase the influence of basic education and support from social donation. In order to expand the research object of the education donation., to further analyze the present situation of foundation education donation in our country, I Engage in the classified study about the content of the education donation. This study puts our country education donation as the research object, According to the social donation on the education statistical yearbook data and the collected research data of the process of the primary and secondary schools in the eastern,central and western regions,I Expound in detail and analyze deeply the inadequate education donation amount at the present stage in China and the imbalanced structure between schools in eastern central and western regions, between higher education and basic education,as well as the different basic education stages. Based on the facts that donation was donated by education providers,Donation amount and the present situation of the distribution are influenced by their donation motives and intentions, Therefore, starting from the foundation education donation suppliers motivation and willingness,I define three types of donations, and analyze their features and functions, and then bacing on the facts that the behaviors of the demanders put the impact on the suppliers’ willingness,I use the method of case analysis and make the comprehensive analysis about the influenced factors.Donation behaviors that related from the donors own donation motivation and intention make education donation present three types, respectively, transactional donations, compassion donation and return donation. Moreover, the three types of donation behaviors respectively depend on the rational factors, emotional factors, traditional factors and value factors.The donors of the three donation types who take the initiative to give the donation,to a large extent, satisfy their demand as the starting point and the foothold. Their behaviors which are too rational or sentimental makes them treat the donation for the donees quite arbitrarily, unsteadily, subjectively and uncontrollably, Based on the case analysis, as the donation demanders of basic education, they have a certain influence and guidance role on the behaviors of social donors. Therefore, according to the fact that donation of interaction between the demanders and suppliers is an important way to increase the social donation for education support. Under the condition of the established types of donation, primary and middle schools require to make good use of its own characteristics to meet their own demands for donation by satisfying the donor’s willingness and motivation, as well as inspire and guide the donors to donate more orderly, more specificationally. We can arouse the enthusiasm of school to raise the donation actively and guide the donation from two aspects of the school and society. First of all, in the education system, through the way of monitoring measures and rules of institutionalization, we can encourage active raise elementary and middle schools and guide the three types of donation by forming a new evaluation system and incentive mechanism. And then we can establish the relevant social network for potential suppliers and demanders who participate in social donation as collective action group members, so as to make them form common expectations, obligations, and generally reciprocal norms for social donation. Secondly, basing on seeking and using social capital support, schools should actively expand social relation network.Besides, the social network can bring the necessary resources and information advantage, and reduce the cost of primary and secondary schools by participate in collective action, as well as improve their earning expectations.
