The Research Of China’s Higher Education Donation Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasures

Because of the rapid expansion of enrollment of higher education policy,higher education funds demand increased rapidly.In recent years, although the state of education funding increase year by year, however, education in terms of financial allocation is mainly used in basic education, especially on rural compulsory education.Coupled with the major source of school funds is tuition fees,the tuition fees limits upside.In this case, explore some domestic colleges and universities develop school by school-run enterprises to relieve the financial stress, but a few winners.Many colleges and universities.urgently needs to broaden the train of thought to solve funding problems.Look to Europe and the United States, western countries generally accepted private capital from the society to sustain the development of higher education, this kind of mode has very important practical significance to promote the development of higher education.Since the reform and opening, the economic level of our country is developing very rapidly, but social donation is very scarce. the society has no donation atmosphere.Compared to the the European and American, the scale of social donation to higher education in our country at present is very small, the proportion of colleges and universities accept donations is limited.Higher education donation is not optimistic.This paper mainly study on the present situation and the issue of social donation of China’s higher education, so as to put forward the proposal.The research content includes the first chapter of introduction, mainly introduced the problems, and research meaning, definition of related concepts and literature review;The second chapter introduce the current situation of our country’s higher education donation from our country’s higher education policy, institutions of higher education donors and higher education donation management analysis; The third chapter analyzes the problems of Chinese higher education donation, and analyzes reasons of the problem of higher education donation; The fourth chapter puts forward the thinking of perfecting our country’s higher education donation, from perfecting the related legal policy and higher education donation culture environment construction and enhance the capacity of college self fund raising for advice.
