Research On Synergetic Innovation In Chinese Universities

University-involved synergetic innovation is an important part of the national system of innovation. Whether it can develop healthy and lasting has quite a key impact on the improving of china’s higher education and our comprehensive national strength. Currently, colleges and universities are actively engaged in the synergetic innovation work, and the government also has introduced a special "2011Plan ". This paper attempts to summary and analysis the relative theories, practice and results of the university-involved synergetic innovation, hoping to provide some reference to perfect the university-involved synergetic innovation in our country.The full text is divided into five parts.The part of introduction mainly expounds the research summary, the significance of this study, and the definition of the concept, as well as the.The first chapter elaborates the theoretical basis and practice of our university synergy innovation. respectively from four aspects. They are university industry cooperation, the triple helix theory, the new mode of knowledge production and the rise of the entrepreneurial university. These four have done the basic work for the "2011Plan"The second chapter analyzes the factors that are restricting the development of university synergy innovation in China. They are quantitative scientific research evaluation, closed mode of institutions subject construction,the rigid institution system and the lack of collaborative culture.These four factors hinder the development of our university synergy innovation.The third chapter is the case analysis of "2011plan".This chapter explains the ongoing "2011plan", including its goal, content and initial results, and puts forward some possible problems.Colleges and universities must pay enough attention to the possible problems and grasp the essence of "2011plan" correctly.The fourth chapter puts forward some suggestions from four aspects according to the institutional and cultural constraints mentioned in the preceding paragraph. It thinks that universities should fusion the new mode and the old mode of knowledge production, reform the mode of institutions subject construction, promote the interdisciplinary intersection, change their motive from passive guided by the government to the active joint, and transform into entrepreneurial university.
