The basic education curriculum reform has been implemented for13years from2001, previous mathematics teaching which only emphasizes "double-base" teaching can no longer meet the needs of social development-cultivate innovative talents. Therefore, the "four base" arises at the historic moment. In addition to the basic knowledge and skills of mathematics, the basic ideas of mathematics and mathematical activities have been added. Although basic mathematical activity experience was put forward for the first time as a part of the mathematical knowledge in the Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard (experiment draft), but has not been paid enough attention to. In the2011edition of the Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard, it was put forward alone with the basic knowledge of mathematics, at that time it also became the hot topic in the current elementary school mathematics education teaching research. With the implementation of the new standard in full swing, experts, scholars and frontline teachers are trying to explore the connotation and denotation as well as mathematical fundamental activity experience in teaching strategies and methods. Elementary school mathematics grade five and six as breakthrough point, this research explores the idea of mathematics experience forms the teaching strategies from the two aspects of theory and practice.By examining and text analyzing the detailed data of basic mathematic activity experience, firstly, I summarized the concept of mathematic activity, experience, mathematic activity experience and basic mathematic activity experience, and further more elaborate the related issues based on existing research results, and practical teaching experience of individuals. Secondly, by analyzing the accumulation of basic mathematic activity experience, the problems which affect the mathematics teaching of activity and mathematics experience of students were explored. Based on the mathematic literature and observation, the teaching strategies of basic mathematic activity experience were discussed and expressed, mainly from universally applicable strategies and in view of the specialty of the four different areas strategies.By doing these researches, the following conclusions have been drawn:the classroom teaching based on mathematical fundamental activity experience is the main channel of accumulating experience, Extra-curricular activities are effective ways to supplement basic mathematics activity experience. In teaching, through teacher’s guide before classroom teaching, practice while learning, learning and thinking, students master the methods and transfer the experience. through thinking and practice, further improve the ability of application of mathematics in the way of experience. In view of the four different areas of mathematics teaching content, some unique strategy recommendations have also been put forward, For example, carefully feeling, a variety of ways to practice, experience the whole process and using flexible.
