To meet the current our country economy and social development of the new requirements, In the background of new curriculum reform from man's development Angle consideration, previous mathematics teaching only emphasize "double-base" teaching cannot have satisfied for economic and social development provide needed creative talents. So the researchers suggest that the math education in primary and secondary schools will be changed by double-base four goals in basic mathematics, namely, knowledge and mathematics basic skills, math outside a basic idea and mathematics basic activities experience, the basic thought of mathematics for many years to promote education in China, has become the important features, mathematics and experience as a basic mathematical basic activities proposed is a target like new Suggestions, and has become the elementary school mathematics education teaching research hotspot.Through the research literature information collection and processing, this paper experience, mathematics activities, mathematics basic activities experience and other related content were summarized, and further on mathematics basic activities the source, the general principles experience, basic process were expounded.
