Nowadays,our country is promoting education equity energetically.Constructing an effective mechanism to expand the coverage of high-quality educational resources by means of informatization.Our state also highly emphasizes the importance of education informatization,digital resource construction and sharing of the quality resource.Our country's mathematics education has gradually evolved from a "double base" theory to a "four bases" theory.The “four basics” of mathematics teaching include: basic mathematics knowledge,basic mathematics skills,basic mathematics ideas and basic mathematics activities experience.This article combines basic mathematics activities experience with digital resources to conduct digital resources research of promoting the accumulation of students' basic activities.This article includes exploring and designing the digital resources comprehensively by using literature research methods,investigation methods,theoretical deduction methods and other research methods to that support elementary school mathematics activities and experience learning,aiming at accelerating the accumulation of primary mathematics activities.First,combing related literatures throughout the world.Combing and defining the related concepts of “basic mathematics activities experience”,analyzing primary school mathematics curriculum standards,and clarifying the related steps of digital resource design.Based on literature research,the author designed student questionnaires and teacher interviews in order to investigate the current situation of elementary school mathematics activities experience and the use of digital resources.Acoording to the survey,the author found that it is not good on students' experience in basic mathematics activities experience.Teachers neither not attaches enough attention to basic mathematics activities experience or lack of innovation on using digital resources.From the observation of association,exploration and conjecture,induction,expression,and verification to prove several dimensions of primary school students,to analyze the characteristics of primary school students' cognitive ability.This study proposes the principle of digital resource design that supports primary school students' basic mathematics activities experience according to analyze the accumulation of basic mathematical activity experience which based on the characteristics of elementary school mathematics basic activity accumulation and the characteristics of mathematics learning.Based on the constructivist learning theory and wisdom education concept,under the guidance of this principle,the author put forward the resource design process and the specific design of resources.Selecting a lesson to design the digital resources.The digital resources that will support elementary students' basic mathematics activities experience learning and also will be used on practical teaching.The proposed design methods will be analyzed and adjusted.This study shows that the rational design and application of digital resources has obvious effect on stimulating students' interest in learning and accumulating experience in basic mathematical activities experience.
