Strengthening the construction of lesson preparation groups in ordinary high school, advocating the cooperation among teachers and establishing the teams of teachers to develop professionally is an important way to improve the quality of teachers and classroom teaching.In the process of establishing the lesson preparation groups, teachers communicate and cooperate with the students according to their teaching experience and daily topics to find the most effective teaching method, which aims to improve the classroom teaching quality and accelerate teachers’ professional development.This article is divided into four parts.Part1:analyze the functions of lesson preparation groups in ordinary high school. Explain the theoretical bases and the practical significance of cooperation.Part2:introduce the current situation of High School N, the background of establishing the lesson preparation groups. Investigate its management model, process and results.Part3:take advantage of questionnaire and face-to-face interview to research the lesson preparation groups in High School N. The analysis includes three aspects:members and the leader of each group, activity forms of different groups and the final purposes of the groups.Part4:analyze the problems as well as the strategy. Find out the causes and solutions to the problems. Put forward practical suggestions and reserve it as a reference in the future.
