In order to carry out teaching work in a scientific and orderly way,the primary and basic link for teachers is lesson preparation.Whether the teacher is adequately prepared for teaching often directly affect the quality of the teaching plan and the effectiveness of classroom teaching.On the one hand,the deepening of the new curriculum reform brings an opportunity for the improvement of teachers' lesson preparation ability and professional development,on the other hand,it also puts forward higher requirements for the lesson preparation and teaching work of high school ideological and political teachers.However,there are many issues in the process of preparing lessons for ideological and political teachers of high school,which affect the efficiency of lesson preparation and result in the difficulty to actualize the satisfactory effect in classroom teaching,which is not consistent with the basic concept of ideological and political curriculum reform in contemporary senior high schools,and is to the disadvantage of the foster and development of students' core attainment of Ideological and Political course.Starting from the background of activity-based curriculum,the author analyzes and summarizes the achievements and problems of high school politics teachers' lesson preparation work,and came up to relevant countermeasures and suggestions for high school politics teachers to achieve high-efficiency lesson preparation.The author selected high school ideological and political teachers from ten schools in Sichuan Province.Based on the analysis of the literature,the author surveyed and studied their lesson preparation status by issuing questionnaires and interviews.The article is mainly composed of the following aspects: The first part is the introduction,that is,the background and significance of the topic,the status quo of research in the domestic and overseas,the important and difficult points of the research and other aspects of the basic situation of the paper is expounded.The second part is the summarize of interrelated theories,including the definition of lesson preparation,efficient lesson preparation and other related concepts,as well as the collection of theoretical basis related to high school ideological and political teachers' efficient lesson preparation.The third part is the analysis and summary of the survey results.By way of analysis of survey result and interview content,concluded as follow: under the guidance of the new curriculum content,high school ideological and political teachers have made clear purpose,clear lesson preparation concept and diversified lesson preparation forms through continuous efforts and exploration.At the same time,there are still problems such as insufficient time for lesson preparation,inaccurate grasp of the key points of lesson preparation,and collective lesson preparation becoming a mere formality.The fourth part is to analyze the reasons behind the problems existing in the preparation of high school ideological and political course teachers: first,the heavy workload of teachers;second,teachers' poor ability to prepare lessons;third,the management system of lesson preparation is not perfect.The fifth part is to improve the efficiency and quality of lesson preparation,and to truly achieve efficient lesson preparation.Aiming at the problems of high school politics teacher preparation,the following strategies are proposed: First,Reduce the workload of political teachers and ensure sufficient time for class preparation.Second,improve the lesson preparation ability of political teachers and maximize the efficiency of lesson preparation.Third,improve the management of political lesson preparation and promote strategies such as the optimization of lesson preparation benefits.The last part is the conclusion,that is to summarize the whole research topic,and reflect on the problems and deficiencies of this study.
