Collective lesson preparation is an important means to improve the teachers’ teaching quality and teaching and researching activities, it is a communication platform for teacher,it is helpful for teachers study and grow. In recent of years, with the deepening of the new curriculum reform, collective lesson preparation more and more get the attention of people, but in the concrete implementation, the collective lesson preparation become turn prepare lessons, formal seriously, this makes the collective lesson preparation is only become a mere formality, collective lesson preparation didn’t find the real effect.The real implementation of collective lesson preparation is depend on the trust and cooperation between teachers, teacher is the main part of the collective lesson preparation, so the teachers’ cooperation is the key to success in collective lesson preparation. In present,the cooperation consciousness of teachers’ is not high in collective lesson preparation, this directly affects the collective lesson preparation and carried out, so affecting its role in collective lesson preparation.This paper from the teachers’ lack of cooperation consciousness in collective lesson preparation, investigating the present situation of the elementary school teachers’ cooperation in collective lesson preparation, and carries on the analysis, the value of the cooperation consciousness in primary school teachers in collective lesson preparation, the performance of the lack of cooperation consciousness, the reason, the affection, finally based on the research of the problem analysis, summed up how to cultivate the teachers’ consciousness of cooperation in collective lesson preparation. The first part of the introduction part introduces the selected topic reason and value, meaning and purpose and the domestic and foreign research review, the second part defines the core concepts in this paper and the sense of cooperation in collective lesson preparation value. The third part is the study of collective lesson preparation teachers’ consciousness of cooperation, starting from different preparation group, the two group prepares a lesson preparation characteristics and the related leadership teachers were interviewed to find missing the sense of cooperation mainly in cooperation enthusiasm is not high, teachers participation is not high, the lack of preparation before the cooperation and competition hinder the cooperation between the teacher, leading to collective preparation for lessons tangible non real, lasting cooperation lacks authenticity. The fourth part analyses reasons for primary school teachers collective preparation for lessons teachers lack of awareness of cooperation,the school aspect, the competitive atmosphere of cooperation is not lack of schools, school leadership on Teachers’ cooperative attention, schools lack the reasonable management mechanism, the scope of cooperation of school is narrow, lack of teachers,teachers from the cooperation quality, serious individualism, cooperative attitude, ideas, skills need to be strengthened. The fifth part is how to cultivate teachers’ sense of cooperation, for schools, establish benign competition system, create the atmosphere of cooperation, increase the intensity of concern cooperation, construction of school management system reasonable, discipline comprehensive teaching. From the teachers, strengthen teacher’s self realization, put themselves in a correct position, and change the teachers’ cooperative attitude, change teachers’ concept of cooperation, strengthen teacher collaboration skills.
