Teachers’ educational belief is an important part of teachers’ professional qualities, and the training of normal students’ educational belief is one of the important tasks of development of teacher education. As training the educational belief which is essential to the development of teacher education, we must understand the current development of normal students’ educational belief and its influencing factors.In this paper, using educational belief scale, combined with interviews, surveys the status of normal students’ educational beliefs and the factors.This paper, firstly, gives a theory discussion on educational belief, understanding its meaning, construct, and content, and draws up the research tool, as Normal Students’ Educational beliefs Survey Scale above the results of previous studies; Secondly, analyzes the survey results, and reveals the status of normal students’educational beliefs, and analyzes of the possible reasons for this situation; And finally, according to the problems on their beliefs, gives out a number of considerations. |
