Divergence between concept and behavior is a common phenomenon in today's society.In general,people will renewal the most cutting-edge variety of values in a short period of time.However,when it is actually carried out,it will still retain the traditional form.This difference is particularly significant in education.It is mainly manifested in the fact that advanced educational concepts are not matched by the impact of various social factors and educational reality,or that education behaviors guided by educational concepts are disturbed and result in differences or conflicts.Normal college teachers as a system to teach the basic knowledge of science,lay the educators of the students' scientific worldview and values,have the concepts and knowledge that are scientific,should be ideal,but the actual survey shows that even the most advanced The educational researcher of the most scientific education concept also has a situation in which education behavior and the educational concept it has have broken.This research selects the most relaxed,real,and natural environment for teachers in normal colleges and universities—family as the research field,which is conducive to an effective and in-depth analysis of the differences in educational concepts and educational behaviors or the causes of conflicts.First,the study interviewed nine families who met the research requirements and three households with opposite characteristics for comparative reference as the main interviewees.In the study,semi-structured interviews were mainly used.Before the interviews,a rough line interview outline was prepared.After the previous two interview exercises,the purpose of obtaining related data was achieved through the revision of the outline,the ability to capture information on interview questions,and the ability to “intuition”.The main contents of the interview included understanding the general education concept of the interviewee,explanation after the difference,and views on the specific problem situation.Secondly,based on the previous observations,combined with the analysis of interview data,this study divides the differences between education concepts and education behaviors into four categories: forced differences,outlier differences,psychological out-of-control differences,and conceptual detached differences.Differences have their distinctive features,and the articles will be revealed in the form of case presentations.On this basis,this paper uses symbolic interaction theory as the main theoretical research tool,and uses the three core elements of the symbolic interaction theory: symbolism,self and society as the framework of analysis to try to analyze the causes of differences between concepts and behaviors.There is a misunderstanding of the relationship between ideas and behaviors;the concept of advanced education accepted by them has not been internalized;advanced concepts of education have divorced from social reality.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of reasons,from the perspective of educational researchers,we propose reflections and put forward the following perspectives on our own and future research on related concepts and behaviors: the internal constraints that focus on the conversion of education concepts to education behavior and the two The mechanism of action;attention to the path of transformation of educational concepts to educational behavior;acceptance of new ideas while focusing on social reality;emphasis on the internalization and practice of their own ideas.
