The reform of the basic education, primary school mathematics classroom practice design becomes more and more important research value. Today, pupils on maths learning by focusing on "double base" to the "four base". The new curriculum emphasizes the exploration of mathematics classroom teaching and design practice in the classroom, in practice to highlight the student-centered, at present still more domestic study on this problem is the lack of. It is necessary to study the design of primary school mathematics classroom practice, make mathematics classroom practice, training the student to create the ability to become the bridge of fire and catalyst, urges the classroom efficiency.Research methods used in this paper include literature analysis, case law, questionnaire, case practice. Through analysis of the literature on classroom practice theory comprehensively, systematically; Through the questionnaire investigation and case analysis about NCity mathematics teacher the classroom exercises design status; through the construction of primary school mathematics classroom practice the general pattern of the design:the design of single-error collection, analysis of error-Practice-building exercise resource database according to the student need to pre study, discusses the general mode of practice design of primary school mathematics classroom; and on the basis of the case study on some teaching practice, so as to design practice teaching for primary school mathematics classroom, and puts forward some constructive strategies, through the teaching experience and practice, on the5schools of primary school mathematics classroom practice to reflect objectively, and problems to the corresponding analysis, put forward the preliminary verification, practice feasible design plan, hope to be able to have a certain guiding significance for the primary school educators and future work.
