This study discussed the relationship between social comparison, organizational justice and the relationship among social comparison, organizational justice and job satisfaction using interview, questionnaire survey and multivariate statistical methods. Organizational justice was emphatically analyzed in mediating role between social comparison and job satisfaction. The relationship between social comparison orientation and organizational justice was also emphatically explored through canonical correlation analysis.1、The relationship between social comparison and job satisfaction was explored through correlation analysis and regression analysis, we found that the predictive power of ability comparison orientation for job satisfaction reached significant level, teachers who tend to compare their capacities with others have higher job satisfaction. The relationship between concept comparison orientation and job satisfaction was positive, but the predictive power for job satisfaction did not reach the significant level. The predictive power for job satisfaction of social comparison effects of upward assimilation, downward contrast to predict job satisfaction reached significant level with a positive influence, the higher the score, the higher job satisfaction; The predictive power for job satisfaction of social comparison effects of upward contrast, downward assimilation to predict job satisfaction reached significant level with a negative influence, the higher the score, the lower job satisfaction;2、The relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction is explored through correlation analysis and regression analysis, we found that the predictive power of organizational justice for job satisfaction reached significant level, the higher organizational justice, the higher job satisfaction. The predictive power of distributive justice for job satisfaction reached significant level,the higher distributive justice, the higher job satisfaction; Compared to other satisfaction factors, distributive justice can predict income satisfaction, working condition satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, promotion satisfaction and overall satisfaction better.The predictive power of leadership justice for job satisfaction reached significant level, the higher leadership justice, the higher job satisfaction; Compared to other satisfaction factors, leadership justice can predict promotion satisfaction and leadership satisfaction better. The predictive power of procedural justice for job satisfaction reached significant level, the higher procedural justice, the higher job satisfaction; Compared to other satisfaction factors, procedural justice can predict promotion satisfaction and leadership satisfaction better.3、The relationship between social comparison orientation and organizational justice is explored through canonical correlation analysis. We found the relationship between social comparison orientation and organizational justice is mainly the relationship between ability comparison orientation and distribution justice. The higher tendency comparison in abilities, the higher distribution justice.4、Organizational justice plays a full mediation role between social comparison and job satisfaction. Three dimensions of organizational justice including distributive justice, procedural justice and leadership justice also play a full mediation role between social comparison and job satisfaction. The impact of social comparison on job satisfaction is achieved by a sense of fairness. After the teachers’ making the comparison, it will work follow-up attitudes and behaviors through certain psychological feelings.
