Organizational justice refers to distribution, motivation and other aspects of organizational management, affecting the organization's overall performance and competitiveness. Organizational justice is a effective indicator which measures the level of organizational management and the organizational competitiveness. Job satisfaction is an important indicator for organization to understand the dynamic ideological and psychological needs of employees. Job satisfaction attracts people's attention because not only it is closely linked to the staff attitude and worker behavior, but also it affects the organizational performance problems which. organization managers are most concerned about.Organizational citizenship behavior, as a way to maintain and enhance the organizational social and psychological environment, and then supports task performance. In recent years it has also become a research focus of organizational behavior, management science, psychology and other fields. The school as a public organization, the organizational justice of teachers can affect the sense of fairness and job satisfaction, also affect the enthusiasm of their work, as well as the standard of teaching throughout the school. It is necessary to study the organizational justice, job satisfaction degree and organizational citizenship behavior in school. But when we looked at home and abroad study, we found that there are more organizational justice job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on employees, and less studies on the relationship between three in the school organization, the present study attempts to research the relationship between above three.In this study, I scaled 350 secondary school teachers of Weifang, Jining, Yantai,conducted a survey analysis, combined with feature interviews, literature review and other research methods, researched the status of secondary school teachers organizational justice, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior,with empirical studies,analyzed the relationship between the three variables, so the study have important significance. The results show that:1. Organizational justice, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior of secondary school teachers are significantly different in the demographic variables (including the area, schools in nature, gender, grade taught, the teaching subjects, titles education, family status and age).2. The elements of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior was positively correlated with,the is the organizational citizenship behavior predictor variables.3. The elements of organizational justice and job satisfaction are positively correlated with each dimension, the former is a predictive variable of job satisfaction.4.Job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior among factors are positively related to,the former is a predictive variable of organizational citizenship behavior 5. Secondary school teachers job satisfaction played a part intermediary role in relationship between the organizational justice and organizational citizenship behaviors.6. In the context of Chinese culture, leadership fairness have a higher correlation than distributive justice, procedural justice with the teacher's job satisfaction. Although this study made a number of research results, but there are still shortcomings and yet to look into the question:1. In this study there is a certain lack of sampling. 2.Research methods are still inadequate.3.The variable is limit. Finally, according to the conclusions of this study, I raise the means to enhance teachers a sense of organizational justice, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior and provides relevant recommendations and countermeasures for the actual teaching work.
