The class of Renaissance is as a link of The ancient history of the world and The modern history of the world,It’s the beginning of the The modern history of the world.It’s a great break for Humanism to be a’weapon’ in the ideological history of the word,it taken the innovating in thought of humanity into a new realm. Althoughthe teachers have make same innovation design base on dissemination of knowledge,but it still have same shortcomings in scope and depth for students.This article make same research about the position of the Renaissance in the ideological history,and the position,valu of the course in History curriculum in junior middle school.It mainly analyse the history curriculum standards, the content of the textbook and the problem appear in the Teaching.According to the analysis,this article do a research on Discovery teaching method, explore the use of Discovery teaching method in teachering especially the teachering of history,then analyze the train of thought to design the class of Renaissance with Discovery teaching method. Design a class with Discovery teaching method,then give a Objective evaluation to the design,find out the advantage and the Shortcomings of the class.At last this paper design a test and a Social practice to verify the design.Achievements of this paper:1.Make a research on Renaissance2. Make a research on History curriculum in junior middle school about Renaissance,find the demand to junior middle school Student.3.Design the class with Discovery teaching method according to the research of history, teching and the result of the research on Discovery teaching method.4.To analyse the the effectiveness of the design this paper do a rcflect to it and Verify the it with experiment.The innovation of this article are determine the key and difficult about this course is to break of the comprehend of ’Humanism’ and how to fine out the reflect of ’Humanism’ in our life.Break the limitation of traditional teaching method about discussion.Guide student to make discovery during activities,make a maximum benefit rely on cooperation in a team and competition between the team.
