Investigation And Countermeasure Research On Present Situation Of Teaching Practice Of Teaching And Learning Under The "Peking Education Plan" Of Chengdu Physical Education Institute

With the advancing curriculum reform of basic education inChina and the continued implementation of quality-oriented education in schools, aspromoters of the new round of educational reform of teachers and principals, thesuccess of deep reform of the basic education plays a vital role. But right now, theteacher structure there is a big problem in China, overall chaobian more than1millionteachers, sports teachers in nine-year compulsory education, or physical education ofprimary and middle school teachers lack nearly more than300,000. Did notcoordinate development of urban and rural education in China, due to poor teachingconditions in rural education, professional development for teachers are slim, lowsalaries in arrears, causing rural teachers ’ professional slacking off serious,particularly as a PE teacher at the edge of the most serious education, and someserious physical backbone teachers drain phenomenon in poor areas. In recent years,education in national education sector in response to these complex phenomena,attempt a reorganization a number of major initiatives to reform, and following resultshave been achieved."Guo Pei plan" top gang teach internship in education reformefforts, major colleges have been implemented in the country, early results. Thiseducational reform measures aimed at reforming the teaching mode of Chinesetraditional education, prompting interns combination of theoretical knowledge andpractice in the field of education, promotion of rural teachers ’ comprehensivequalities development full.This article based on the Chengdu Institute of physical education of "Guo Peiplan" under the project "top gang teach internship" current implementation, thiseducation reform measure designed to adapt to the requirements of contemporaryChina’s educational development, adequacy of training of University teachereducation institutions in the suit demonstrated the feasibility of education model withChinese characteristics. Preface to the first part of this article is, the subject of thisarticle describes the basis, purpose and significance of the study. The second part isthe literature review section to define some relevant concepts first, followed byliterature search methods will be submitted by post from at home and abroad,finishing the initial development to the development of research and elaboration, andlay the Foundation for further study in this paper.
