In21st century,people urgently need to have healthy bodies, and the pursuit of health becomes stronger. However as human beings need constantly development, single and modeled training cannot keep the original balance under the control of different athletic capacity training and training process and in the further research of social culture factors. More diversified, flexible and subdividing exercise training has became the future direction.As a kind of exercise training, the core strength training has been greatly developed in more than20years,. The writer found that under the current system, the core muscle training needed more subdividing research, after studied the development of the core strength training, this paper compared two different kinds of core strength exercises, compound core strength training. The detail information is as follows:The writer organized the experimental subject to carry on the grouping contrast experiment with the support from the superficial electrograph. Using the German BOIVISION electromyography, grouped the experimental subject in7groups represent for compound core strength training and targeted core strength training. By observing the electricity change in the movement process, summarized science items of each experimental group’s muscle electricity activity change, and carried on the rigorous quantification analysis to the science items, aiming at appraising the different influences between the two kind of core strength training groups.The conclusions and recommendations section of the article were as follows.1, Targeted core strength training is relatively simple, core muscles to General3-4can be very good exercise effect, but for other core muscle groups, muscles of exercise effect is small. Of composite core training operations difficult, on a number of core muscles to better exercise than a targeted core strength training effect, sometimes individual muscles working indicator7times higher than the targeted core muscle training times.2. Judging from a number of indicators, compound core strength training was better than targeted core strength training. But for general core strength training, it was not very difficult and used widely. The concept of targeted core strength training was always used in the field of rehabilitation in the past. Through this kind of training, the patients may return to their original state or better. Therefore when used in competitive sports, the targeted core strength training could enhance the function the sport needs.3. Competitive sports core stability should be an extremely short and fast changing poised stability, in this case, the targeted core strength training has become the first choice.,,,,...
