objective: through the observation time and different loadswimming exercise on SD male rats hypothalamus norepinephrine (NE) content andsynthesis of speed-enzyme tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) the change of the content, isan exhaustive swimming exercise with different load swimming training for a longtime the hypothalamus differences in the content of NE and anabolic, analysis therelationship between the hypothalamus NE and TH, further explore different waysthe hypothalamus NE content and its dynamic change of metabolic enzymes ofoccurrence and development of exercise-induced central fatigue. Methods:66maleSD rats were divided into six groups of different time and load groups: blank controlgroup, one-time sexual exhaustion group, training group (group medium load) allround, round training group (group heavy load), seven weeks training group (groupmedium load), seven weeks training group (group heavy load), and each group takeimmediately after exercise materials and materials after24hours. Materials afterusing HE staining to observe the morphology of the hypothalamus organization, using immunohistochemical method of quantitative analysis of the change of thehypothalamus NE content and TH content. Results:1, weight: medium loadmovement and excess load movement were inhibited the rats weight growth rate, bigload exercise group weight growth rate was significantly lower than the blankcontrol group and medium load group (P <0.05).2, HE staining showed:4W0Sgroup and7WOS group immediate based group of HE staining slices of rats, the rathypothalamic neurons arranged disorder, there are some cells staining, cellmorphology is incomplete, after24hours.3, immunohistochemical results showed:(1) the change of the content of NE compared with C group, IS group,4WOS groupand7WOS group NE expression has a downward trend, and change all havesignificant difference (P <0.05);4WMS group and7WMS group has increased, butthere was no significant difference (P>0.05); And immediately after exercise group,IS group for24hours after the declining trend but there was no significant (P>0.05),4WMS group,4WOS group,7WMS group and7WOS group are rising, but therewas no significant difference (P>0.05).(2) the change of TH content: comparedwith C group, IS group,4WOS group and7WOS group TH expression has adownward trend, and4WOS group and7WOS group changes have significant difference (P <0.05); And immediately after exercise group, IS group for24hoursafter the declining trend but there was no significant (P>0.05),4WMS group,4WOS group,7WMS group and7WOS group are rising, but there was no significantdifference (P>0.05). Conclusion:1, the hypothalamus NE, and the expression ofTH at different time and different load changes after motion, NE and TH amountrelated to the intensity of the exercise stress. In the process of long-term moderateexercise load, NE and the expression of TH change trend of first increased and thengradually fall back, in line with the long-term movement in the process of the body’sphysiological function by response to adapt to the general law of change;2, whenrats sports fatigue, caused by movement of the central nervous system in thehypothalamus is to curb the inhibition process, the hypothalamus NE and TH contentcontinued to fall in the hypothalamus inhibition activity, is one of the possible causesof central fatigue.3, one-time exhaustive swimming inhibits the midbrain THactivity, and long-term aerobic endurance training is helpful to improve mediumload in the rat hypothalamus NE and TH content, improve central excitability, thuscan improve the central function, delay the occurrence of central fatigue.
