Objective: Detect the effect of long-term aerobic exercise on myocardial plasma NE and NE concentrations in rats with congestive heart failure and heart of tyrosine hydroxylase(Immunohistochemistry) density changes, and study the effect of aerobic exercise on heart failure, thus find the effective treatments for heart failure patients. Methods: Male Wistar rats were ligated the coronary artery to cause the myocardial infarction, as the group of heart failure. Rats were randomly divided into Sham quiet Group(s), Sham-operated Group(SE), quiet, heart attack group(Group m) and the Ami training group(ME). Successful model rest after 4 weeks, Sham-operated Group(SE), and the Ami training group(ME), 10-week aerobic exercise treadmill, and Sham operation quiet Group(s) and MI quiet Group(Group m) in order to preserve the natural quiet State of protection and nourishment. Rat body weight(BW) and heart weight(HW), the ratio of heart weight(HW/BW), high pressure liquid chromatography-electrochemical detection(HPLC-ECD) determination of myocardial content of NE and NE concentration in plasma and immunohistochemical methods for detecting cardiac tyrosine hydroxylase(TH) immunoreactive nerve fibers and density. Results: With the Sham Peace Group(Group s) compared to Sham-operated Group(SE), significantly increased HW, HW/BW significantly increased plasma NE and increased myocardial; was immunoreactive nerve fibers in the area significantly increased density and volume light density is much lower, but the difference is small. With the Sham Peace Group(Group s) compared heart attack quiet Group(Group m) significantly increased HW, HW/BW significantly increased plasma NE significantly increased myocardial NE was significantly higher; was immunoreactive nerve fibers in the area significantly increased density and volume light density decreased significantly. With myocardial infarction quiet Group(Group m), Ami training group(ME), significantly increased HW, HW/BW significantly increased plasma NE decrease, an increase in cardiac NE; was immunoreactive nerve fibers in the area significantly lower density has increased significantly, and volume light density decreases. Conclusion: Through 10-week term aerobic treadmill exercises, NE in plasma, heart cardiac innervation of the phenol hydroxylase has density changes so as to further improve cardiac function in heart failure rats after, regulating myocardial infarction model of rats with heart failure status of the sympathetic nervous system hyperactivity, in plasma and myocardium in the NE decrease, and so on. On one hand, to provide the best sport prescription prevention and cure of heart failure(HF) provides basic theory, on the other hand, can provide new therapeutic strategy for HF, providing new therapeutic targets.
