The Ministry of Education initiated the reform of high school curriculum in 2013,and officially issued the "Ordinary High School Sports and Health Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the "Physical Education Curriculum Standard 2017 Edition")in January 2018,and in the fall of 2018 The implementation of the new curriculum standard has condensed the core literacy of the subject,and the core literacy of the subject runs through the entire curriculum standard.Therefore,the implementation of the new curriculum standard directly affects the education function of the sports and health curriculum.The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the current implementation of the new curriculum standards in some general high schools in Fuyang,analyze the factors that affect the implementation of the new curriculum standards and the problems in the implementation,and propose corresponding countermeasures to promote the implementation of the new curriculum standards in the region.This article uses the literature method,questionnaire method,field investigation method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to investigate some ordinary high schools in Fuyang.The analysis shows that the main factors affecting the implementation of Fuyang City’s Physical Education Curriculum Standards 2017 Edition are:teachers’professionalism,government policies,school internal conditions,guiding factors,social environment,curriculum standards themselves,teacher attitudes,teacher development,traditional concepts,etc.Aspects.Summarize the problems existing in the implementation of the "2017 Physical Education Curriculum Standards in Fuyang City":(1)In terms of physical education teachers’ professional qualities,some physical education teachers are not competent for high-module and non-specific project teaching.The training time of the curriculum standard is short and the form is single.The training content is theoretically strong and lacks practical links;(2)In terms of government policies,the government lacks supervision and corresponding rewards and punishments;(3)In terms of internal conditions in schools,the proportion of high-educated physical education teachers is small,and physical education teachers are intensively distributed.,The venues and facilities are outdated,and the number of indoor stadiums is insufficient;(4)In terms of guiding factors,school leaders do not pay enough attention to the implementation of curriculum standards.(5)In terms of social environment,under the baton of college entrance examination,the society recognizes the importance of students’ physical fitness In terms of the curriculum standards,the formulation of the new curriculum standards meets the development needs of students in the new era,but the theory is too strong,and grassroots teachers have difficulty in learning;(7)In terms of teacher attitudes,the formulation of the new curriculum standards meets the development needs of students in the new era.Teachers do not have a deep understanding of the curriculum standards and are not serious enough in receiving training;(8)In terms of teacher development,teachers have insufficient awareness of their own development,and the government has not provided a development platform;(9)In terms of traditional concepts,the choice of teaching content is influenced by the school Conditions are limited,the teaching organization is mainly based on optional teaching in the class,physical education teachers use less modern teaching methods,and the selection of learning evaluation content focuses more on sports ability.The following strategies are put forward in view of the current situation:(1)In terms of teachers’ own quality,increase the length of training and training methods;(2)The education department should do a good job in the supervision,evaluation and encouragement of the implementation of new curriculum standards,and the government and schools should set up special curriculum standards for implementation.Organization department;(3)Use the talent introduction plan to introduce high-degree talents to the school to ensure the special diversification of the school’s physical education teacher team;build a government,school,and social sports stadium management system,and establish school sports stadiums through multiple sources of funds;(5)The government should strengthen the publicity of the new curriculum standards,and carry out ideological education work for relevant school leaders;(6)To fully develop the core literacy of the subject,to open full health education courses;(7)To open more new sports projects,according to The actual situation of the school and the selection of student sports items,explore the teaching organization that is conducive to the development of students,teachers update their own teaching methods according to the actual situation;the selection of evaluation content should take into account all aspects of the core literacy of the subject.
