As the human society and the rapid development of science and technology,originated in the swimming movement of life has gradually become an importantproject in sports, especially mass entertainment way you preferred to exercise in thegym. Learn to swim is not only to master a motor skill, but also a survival skill. Insports teaching, teachers and coaches often hope that through with the help of modernscience and technology, to improve the teaching ways and methods, for the learners toquickly master the basic technical movements and provide important help to improvethe level of movement, the teaching methods used in the teaching effect thanconventional sports skill learning methods effect is more significant.Through innovation of exploratory research, developed the suitable for dailyswim backstroke arm stroke path in teaching and training simulator, the simulator canon land to standardized supplementary training students underwater technology armaction, and can better assist teachers to improve teaching methods, improve the effectof classroom teaching.Applying teaching experiment method, observation method, comparisonanalytic method, questionnaire survey and other research methods, the Harbin sportsinstitute to attend swimming elective course and the students in the auxiliarysimulator, teaching method and traditional teaching method of contrast experiment,analyzes and compares the use effect validation backstroke arm stroke trajectorysimulation teaching effect.In the backstroke land teaching USES backstroke arm stroke track simulator,broke the previous teacher on land explanation, demonstration teaching studentsonshore imitation, underwater and strengthening practice teaching mode, form theauxiliary teaching method with the help of simulator. This teaching method canarouse the enthusiasm of students learning when beginners backstroke, attract thestudents’ visual perception, inspire students’ thinking, stimulate students’ interest inexploring, change students’ passive learning ideas, so that the students in the use of auxiliary training simulator for land, can in the limited class teaching time to masterthe skill movements of correct backstroke arm as soon as possible, thus to improveand enrich the swimming teaching methods. Experiments show that at the same time,in the swimming teaching, auxiliary training simulator for the teaching effect isobvious.
