"The guidelines of" National Ordinary College Sports CurriculumTeaching:according to the general requirements of school education and physicaleducation curriculum of their own laws, should face all students of various types ofphysical education curriculum, we can break through the original department,classsystem, re combination of class, to meet the needs of different levels,different levels,different interest of students, to give full play to the leading role of the principal roleof students and teachers, efforts to promote open, inquiry teaching, efforts to expandthe physical time and space."The club type" teachingis a teaching method will sportsclub activities and management method into the public sports teaching, its purpose isto enhance the physical fitness of students,to ensure the continuity of the work ofschool sports, enhance physical culture,eventually forming the lifetime sports exercisehabits.Based on the "club" teaching as research object, the research methods ofliterature, expert interviews, teaching experiment, questionnaire, mathematicalstatistics and logical analysis, the teaching design theory, the current situation of theMudanjiang City, the public physical education teaching design,implementation, testresults etc. a comprehensive and in-depth research and analysis.The results show that:1, experiments,"club" teaching to improve the students’ interest in sports;indexesof physical quality have been greatly developed; learning attitude andattendanceimproved; cognition and mastery of sports skills have improved significantly.2, adhere to all of the students’ development, the sports club activitiesandmanagement method into the public physical education teaching.3,"club" teaching according to the modern teaching theory, make studentsparticipate in teaching content, enhance students’ sense of self worth and self efficacy.4, the teaching process, self observation, self, self evaluation, cooperativelearning and teaching methods, improve teaching quality.5, pay attention to the cultivation of practice ability and innovation ability, theapplication of modern educational technology to carry out rich and colorfulteachingactivities.
