As an important organizational form of bearing social participation and governance of youth sports public affairs,Youth sports club in China positioning their special social role effectively compensate for the deficiencies of the government and enterprises,in the development of youth sports activities,to solve physical problems in the process of youth create the unique value of the public.However,the current problems of our country's youth sports clubs,such as the lack of governance capability,the lack of government attention and the lack of effective cooperation mechanism,have seriously hindered the realization of the public value of the club.To solve the constraints to achieve the youth sports club in China the public value,is helpful to find the actual physical needs of youth groups,play the positive role of the government,to mobilize the broad participation of society,promote the long-term development of youth sports.This paper mainly focuses on the research of the public value "what","how","why" and "how to do".Through the study of the relevant literature and regulations and policies,the accurate positioning of the nature of youth sports clubs in China,to explore the real value of the club.Comparative analysis of domestic and international club management and other aspects of the differences,combined with the actual development of the current situation of China's youth sports clubs,combing the club to achieve public value problems.The interview data with relevant experts and managers,analyzes the obstacles to realize the public value of juvenile sports clubs in China at present,and further puts forward the realization path of the youth sports club in China public value.Through the study found: the difference between the unique attributes of the youth sports club in China from the government and enterprises to the public value of youth sports public service and management of public affairs,youth sports organization youth sports activities on three aspects.Due to the club organization construction is not perfect,lack of independence;the government has not yet established effective supervision and evaluation standards,to establish various security mechanisms;the government pay enough attention to the lack of effective communication and coordination mechanisms;the low level of social participation and influence of youth sports club support is not enough and other factors,China Youth Sports Club Public Value Realization there is not balanced,not fully in place,three aspects of the problem.By strengthening the club's standardization construction,improve service ability;improve the attention of the government,optimize the development environment;the introduction of market mechanisms to stimulate youth sports club organization vitality;encourage social forces to promote the diversification of investment,the club of the four paths to realize the public value of juvenile sports clubs in China.
