Mathematic’s function is more and more bigger in modern education, more and more extensive application, are increasingly high requirements. Mathematics may also appear new aspects in which we cannot expect, so that science and technology to a new level of development.In order to better adapt to the development and requirements of the situation, teachers how to teach mathematics, students how to learn mathematics has naturally become the urgent requirement of mathematics education.Rural ordinary high school are a special group, it did not gather to outstanding students, but also the lack of as big as the city has professional mathematics teachers, most of the students in mathematics, mathematical knowledge is relatively narrow, mathematical thinking and mathematical reaction force is relatively low. Mathematical notes, is one of the most important is the best method. Take notes to help students better construction of mathematics knowledge, can deepen the understanding of mathematics curriculum, can make up for the memory deficits in mathematics classroom, can also provide information for their subsequent review, but also helps to improve the students ability of mathematical thinking.In this paper,based on understanding the status of mathematical notes on related research, with second Bai he County Middle School of Shaanxi Province as an example of the study on mathematical notes and use of the ordinary high school of liberal arts students in rural areas. This article through the questionnaire survey method, interview method, notes text analysis method about the present situation of mathematics notes Bai he No.2Middle School of liberal arts students conducted a survey and analysis, the purpose is to understand the situation of high school mathematical notes of liberal arts students in rural areas, and to investigate the reasons for this situation, and for these reasons put forward some can promote the rural senior high school liberal arts students effective recording and recommend the use of mathematical notes.The survey found that, effects of liberal arts students effectively recorded three aspects and factors using mathematical notes:the factors of students, teachers and school factors, then described and detailed analysis on these factors. Finally, this paper for these reasons from the aspects of students, teachers and the school put forward some suggestions, hoped can effectively promote the record with the use of rural senior high students of liberal arts math notes, let the applied mathematics note taking strategies students better, to improve the students of liberal arts mathematics learning and mathematical thinking ability, to have the reality guiding the significance of.
