With the rapid development of economy,many employees in the enterprise have encountered various problems concerning pressure,which didn't get solved in time thus leading to the constant appearance of vicious events.Those vicious events arouse great negative effects in society,and the employees' pressure issues are the long-standing problems in enterprise,which needs to get the professional workers involved in as soon as possible.Therefore,the solution of the employees' pressure problems is helpful to the long-term development of enterprises.The role of social workers who endeavor to solve the employees' problems is very crucial and irreplaceable.At present,Chinese enterprises' social work,no matter in theory or practice,are still in a relatively weak state.This paper is going to consider W enterprise as an example,by using some theories and methods of social work,to explore such a fact that the purpose of the social workers' involvement in the pressure problems of the enterprise staff is to improve the life quality of staff and the sound development of the enterprises as well.This paper can be divided into seven parts:In Introduction,the author puts forward the research background firstly,then from the theoretical level and practical level the research meaning of this paper is explored,based on which the means of social workers' involvement into the staff pressure at home and abroad get a comprehensively discuss.Through the analysis of the present research status,the author argues that the researches on the pressure management of staff in enterprise occupy a quite important place and the research results will be more convincing with the W enterprise in Shaanxi Province as an example.Part two is the elucidation of concepts and theories applied,which lay the theoretical foundation for this paper.Speaking of the situation of W enterprise in Shaanxi Province,the basic information of W enterprise stands in the first place,which is followed by the current situation of staff pressure and the characteristics of their pressure problems.All of these get a fully elucidation in part three.In part four,the factors that caused their various problems are completely discussed.The author commits to find these factors from the particularities of this enterprise and the staff themselves.Part five is the feasibility analysis about the social workers' involvement of staff pressure problems,which is going to be explained from the values,professional methods of social work and its role in enterprises.In part six,the means of this solution are obviously in a significant place,and one way worth our consideration is combining individual cases in social work and group methods together to get involved and evaluate.Finally,certain conclusion and self-examination about this method is necessary.
