With the rapid growth of social economy organizations in the increasingly competitive environment, facing unprecedented pressure, increasingly heavy workload and increasing working hours, the company’s employees gave a burden. Many surveys report for physical and mental health of employees have shown that a significant number of employees expressed concern about their physical and mental health, sub-health employees accounted for most enterprises, mainly as follows:busy, frequent overtime, psychological stress too heavy, often irritability etc; also makes some of these issues with mental health illness gravity-related diseases on the rise, these are serious impact on business owners and staff work, affecting the efficiency of enterprises. This allows the development of enterprises growing importance of social work, social work staff development is the use of the Angle concepts and methods of social work, give full play to their professional knowledge and skills for survival and development of enterprises, mainly in the employee’s personal and professional development growing mental models to help employees resolve personal difficulties and improve labor relations, promote employee communion, corporate human resources development effectiveness, creating a harmonious and efficient corporate work culture.In this study, JAC personnel for the survey sample survey and field visits, interviews with corporate executives and front-line staff, access to human resources management and other departments of information, questionnaires for employees, through a combination of normative and empirical research objectively reflect the basic situation of employees and their physical and spiritual needs, which proposes to solve the current problems faced by the corresponding countermeasures under the perspective of social work.Through the study of the growth of social work intervention staff found that, although there are some employees to help, but also in terms of standardization and institutionalization of the urgent need to strengthen, this is mainly because we have been in the initial stage of industrialization, the majority of enterprises in pursuit of profit as a fundamental objective of the social responsibilities of enterprises lack understanding of the employees lack basic human care and respect, lack of basic labor protection.
