The Intervention Of The Group Work On The Rural Women In The Countryside From The Perspective Of Advantage

With the development of urbanization, the women living around the urban are facing a series of new situation in their life. No matter in material life, life skills, or mental adjustment, they require the intervention of social work and services to help them adapting to the new living environment as soon as possible.Aiming at existing problems for rural women around town, based on the work content of Women’s Federation and from the perspective of advantages, this paper views this group from a positive angle and explores potential capabilities and resources of this group itself and its environment. With the intervention of group work, the social worker will help client to discover their own advantages. The client will change their life and seize the opportunity actively in the future life.
