China's reform and opening up has gone through forty spring and autumn.The earliest cities to be opened have leapt to the ranks of the nation's largest cities,and the economic level and urbanization level have reached a new height.Factors such as higher wages in cities,sound social security systems,sound infrastructure,and high-quality social resources have attracted countless surplus labor in rural and small and medium-sized cities and towns,and they have left their homes to seek economic development in cities.As family migration has become the main method of labor transfer,children who have moved in have also joined the army and have grown in size.How to adapt to urban community life has become a problem that children who need to solve urgently must solve.Guangzhou,the capital city of Guangdong Province,is a major city where migrant children flow into.Every year,a large number of migrant children follow migrant workers here to start new studies and lives.In order to deal with the social integration of migrants and their children,the Guangzhou Municipal Government regularly purchases services from third-party agencies every year to help them adapt and integrate into Guangzhou as soon as possible.The author takes migrant children who have been in Guangzhou for less than one year in the L community of Guangzhou as the research object,collects information on migrant children by designing questionnaires and interview outlines,and finds that migrant children have insufficient family communication and interpersonal communication skills Insufficient,unfamiliar with the community,and not familiar with the community culture and credit enrollment policies,etc.In view of the current situation,the group work method was used to intervene the migrant children and achieved some results: the status of family communication and interaction of the migrant children Improved,mastered certain interpersonal communication skills,familiarized with the types and distribution of community resources,and gained a certain understanding of community culture and point admission policies.This study explores practical issues in adapting the life of the children in the urban community of the children who have moved with them,with a view to providing reference suggestions for the first-line practitioners who are engaged in the integration of the children who have moved with the community.
