| With the continuous progress of social civilization and the rapid arrival of an aging society,the educational needs of the elderly in my country have become increasingly intense and diversified.As a key component of olds’ education,community elderly education has come to the fore,gradually forming another supplementary education model in addition to traditional educational organizations such as universities for the elderly,aiming to meet the educational needs of more seniors.The development of community-based elderly education in China started relatively late.Although it has gradually emerged in recent years,it lacks certain practical experience.In some areas,there are still shortcomings such as low participation of the elderly group and lack of relevant educational resources,which cannot truly respond to the increasingly strong and diverse elderly groups.educational needs.Based on this background,this study is guided by the theory of superiority perspective and takes the S community in Xi’an as the field of practice.Through interviews and investigations,we understand the development of community elderly education curriculum activities in this community,analyze the current difficulties faced by the community,and clarify the elderly’s problems.Educational needs,discuss the theoretical application of the strengths perspective and the feasibility of social work intervention,and design effective practical intervention strategies from the perspective of the four core concepts of the strengths perspective:membership,resilience,empowerment,and integration.The practice process relies on the "Scholarly School" community education project of S community to carry out social work intervention.The first stage is the pre-project publicity work,the second stage is the development of the work of the community elderly education group,and the third stage is the link of community education-related resources and integration.Through the above-mentioned practice process,we will promote the acquisition of membership in elderly community education for the elderly,respond to their educational needs,explore their own advantageous resources,and empower them,so as to provide a broad platform for the elderly to participate and high-quality teachers,so as to promote the elderly The effect of participation in community elderly education.Based on the above practice process,this study draws the following conclusions: First,the advantage perspective has a good guiding role for the urban elderly to participate in community elderly education and social work intervention,and can effectively promote the elderly to participate in community elderly education and continuously improve their participation.awareness and willingness to participate;second,social work can provide professional service guidance for community elderly education,and social workers play diverse roles in the intervention process of community elderly education,enabling community elderly education to develop sustainably;third,community elderly education in my country started relatively late,and the economic development level and resource status of different regions are different.The "last mile" problem of community elderly education still exists,and all sectors of society still need to actively explore and solve the actual situation of regional development. |
