In recent years,with the rapid development of the market economy,the tuition fees for higher education have risen dramatically,especially the rapid inflation of living expenses and social expenses,which have caused a large number of impoverished students to surface.Compared with ordinary undergraduates,poor college students are more responsible for the cultural constraints on personal development in terms of culture,education,ability development,and personality brought about by economic conditions.This research based on the strength perspective theory and group dynamics theory,uses group assessment method,participatory observation method and interview method,and enhances the social communication ability of impoverished college students through the intervention of poor university growth groups.In this process,the author uses the social communication ability assessment questionnaire to conduct pretests on the team members,conduct post-tests on the team members after the group intervention,and compare the results of the team work interventions before and after the test results.In the intervention process,Group workers' self-assessment scale and team member's subjective assessment scale are used to conduct process assessment on group activities,and the impact skills and technical media used by workers are analyzed to influence team members' cognition,promote team member changes,and achieve group goals.significance.Through process assessment and results assessment,the following conclusions are drawn: Group work is conducive to improving the self-identity of impoverished students and their ability to enhance their active communication;group work has positive effects in promoting self-exploration of poor college students and enhancing their self-disclosure;Group work can promote impoverished college students to carry out reasonable cognition and emotional venting,and enhance their ability to refuse irrational demands;group work has a positive effect on promoting poor students to master problem solving models and improve their ability to control conflicts;The group work at the level of competence has a certain positive effect;the self-evaluation conducted by the researcher during the group work intervention has a very positive effect on enriching the work practice of the group.
