Teenagers are the future of the motherland, the condition of psychological health of teenagers is particularly noteworthy. Modern family is mostly only children, children after entering high school, the parents competitive, prompted by a less-pressured mood, many middle school students have to overload in learning. Heavy schoolwork and pressure from society and their own family, adolescent’s body and mind more and more tired, many teenagers psychological status all over the country census, there are psychological problems of teenagers scale increases year by year; Psychological health problems brought by the disease of individual development. To solve the problem of adolescent mental health, improve personality become a problem to be solved in quality-oriented education.This paper expounds the characteristics and status of school art education, art education for adolescents’ mental health and the formation of healthy personality has the correct health guiding role, using art to relieve the adolescent psychological problems become the important way to solve the problem of psychology. Through the "psychological free painting" to clarify the important ways to painting is an expression of adolescent psychological activity, at the same time find out art education in adolescent healthy personality the formation of the role, features and mechanism. The author at the end of this article for the school of fine arts education to alleviate adolescent psychological problems put forward several Suggestions, hope with the reform of quality education, can make the integration of art education and art therapy, real become the fine arts to solve the problem of adolescent psychological education.This paper mainly adopts literature data method, questionnaire investigation, case study method. On the part of the first, the author analyzes the characteristics and status of the fine arts education, secondly, analyzing the characteristics of the high school physical and mental development of young people and often appear the psychological problems, thus investigating high school students’ mental condition. Participate in questionnaire survey object for a certain middle school of zhengzhou class three students as investigation object, and on the basis of the investigation, the teachers design art curriculum, let the students in the form of "mood free painting" in art class to complete the works, art is a sign of individual psychological characteristics, students in the painting is not restricted by kinds of painting, not painting skills of inquiry, just in case analysis reflects the psychological problems, help them to analyze the crux of the problem, solve the growing confusion. In this paper, through the real examples of art education in the treatment of adolescent psychological problems, finally the author on how to better the application of the fine arts education alleviate the pressure of the youth put forward several Suggestions.
