According to the strategic theme of "Adhering to the people-oriented and implement all-round Quality Education" of the national program for medium and long term educational reform and development(2010-2020 years),the needs of“new normal,in Chinese society,young people's health education,especially mental health education,should have new orientation.Mental health not only has external manifestations,but also has its essential characteristics.Good adaptability and behavior are external manifestations,the essential characteristic is the good mental health diathesis.The mental health diathesis is the high-level goal pursued by the development of psychological quality,and reflects the essential requirement of Quality Education and mental health education.For now,there are still some limitations in the study of mental health diathesis,such as the unclear definition of content and the inconvenience of measurement and manipulation.PE and Exercise as important parts of quality education has been the requirement and trend of the development of modern education reform to integrate mental health education.However,there are many differences in the content and method of adolescent mental health training in PE and Exercise because of the standard of mental health development and the deviation of cognition in the teaching of different subjects.Therefore,how to make rational use of the unique functions of PE and Exercise for young people's mental health has become an important problem for today's PE educators.Stated thus,this study carried out 3 progressive and tentative studies in tum based on the theory and application of mental health diathesis,the relationship between exercise and mental health diathesis.To promote the theoretical development of adolescent mental health diathesis,enrich the theory of PE and exercise to promote the development of teenagers' psychological health and provide reference and support for the cultivating of mental health diathesis in Quality Education.Study 1 based on the concept of quality education and people oriented development,take "what is the mental health diathesis" as the key word,construct the questionnaire of adolescent mental health diathesis using by the method of questionnaire,Delphy and statistics.Study 2 based on the theory of the relationship between exercise and mental health diathesis,take "how to influence the mental health diathesis by exercise and PE" as the key word,choose appropriate psychological,physiological and social indicators by using structural equation model to explore the psychological mechanism of the influence of exercise on the mental health diathesis of adolescent by taking 1974 middle school students in China's 7 provinces.Study 3 based on the above two research results,take "how to cultivate the mental health diathesis" as a key word,supplemented by field investigation and expert interviews and other methods to construct the realistic path of the cultivating of adolescent mental health diathesis in PE and exercise.Conclusions are as follows:1.the development of adolescent mental health diathesis questionnaire(1)The questionnaire of adolescent mental health diathesis includes "cognitive quality","emotional quality","personality quality" and "adaptive quality" of the 4 sub-scales,15 first level indexes and 89 items.(2)The content system of adolescent mental health diathesis focus on practical verification and operability,also pay attention to the characteristics of adolescent psychological in development The content system is better to meet the requirements of quality education which is based on the concept of "knowing,feeling,meaning,and doing".(3)Adolescent mental health diathesis questionnaire has moderate and above correlation at all levels,distinguish the different levels of adolescent mental health diathesis effectively.2.the psychological mechanism of exercise influence on the adolescent mental health diathesis(1)Adolescent mental health diathesis in different exercise condition,like intensity,single time,frequency,sports,situation(competitive/non competitive),duration and extracurricular participation are significant differences.Among them,the intensity,single time,frequency and extracurricular activities can predict significantly the development of adolescent mental health diathesis and also its subscales.(2)Exercise can indirectly effect on the adolescent mental health diathesis through "subjective well-being","state of mind","physical self-efficacy","self-esteem","mental toughness" and"students interpersonal relationship".(3)"exercise influence adolescents' cognitive ability and academic performance theory","mental health double factor model theory","sports ability theory",the "mental health diathesis and mental health relationship model theory" in this paper can be verified.3.ways to realize the cultivating of adolescent mental health diathesis in PE and exercise(1)PE and adolescent mental health diathesis education has crossing in the objectives and functions;exercise and PE is an important means of cultivating adolescent mental health diathesis;good adolescent mental health diathesis lay a solid foundation for the development of PE and exercise.(2)In order to realize the cultivating of adolescent mental health diathesis,we should depend on the law of physical and mental development of adolescent and the discipline of PE;positive emotion,successful experience,democratic autonomy and individual guidance as the basic principles;PE,extracurricular activities,physical and health courses,and create a healthy campus exercise culture environment as the main way;the cultivating of cognitive quality,emotional quality adjustment,improvement of Ideological and moral character,exercise will quality,improve the quality of personality,improve interpersonal quality,cultivate the sense of cooperation and social adaptation quality as the main objective;the organic,moderate and flexible infiltration in the process,contents and methods of sports as the strategy;refined cultivating design and effective classroom management as the process control,to construct the way of cultivating adolescent mental health diathesis in PE and exercise.(3)the requirements for the cultivating of adolescent mental health diathesis in PE and exercise include the following 3 aspects:enhancing the awareness of the mental heath diathesis,improving the knowledge structure and improving the operation skills.
