As health is associated with society, economy and culture, it serves as the yardstick to judge the overall social development. Due to the unique Chinese cultural background, I focus on the adolescent cognition of health in the backdrop of social practice that concerns the changes in time. By constructing theories, offering hypothesis, justifying its accuracy, and formulating theories, the ideal healthy people in the adolescent viewpoints are shaped with a combination of both qualitative and quantitative analysis. The internal structure of adolescent health questionaire and its evaluation are explored theoretically and methodologically. How physical education and health leads, both objective and subjective, affect each other is discussed. Tactics of interweneis are employed to analyze the effects that different ways of exercising between the east and west have upon the adolescence. Conclusions and recommendations list as follows.1. By analyzing and conforing the conclusions from similar researches, a theoretical cognition model is built upon the six factors of adolescent health. It includes physical stature health, athletic stamina health, harmonious personality, cognition health, emotional health, social contact and conformity. It is concluded that the adolescence has a comprehensive understanding of health, which refers not only to health in biological, but also to the way to maintain and respond to social. This awareness agrees with the international standard.2. Based upon the table designed for the adolescence, The Adolescent Health Testing Questionnaire is worked out. According to relative psychometric analysis, the questionnaire is characteristic of internal consistency reliability, content validity and structure validity. This analysis also supports the theoretical cognition model built upon the six factors of adolescent health. The questionnaire is considered to be an effective instrument to evaluate the changes in adolescent health.3. This paper also focuses on a class of quota that condition adolescent health. Physical exercises' effects upon health is evaluated by putting into the formula boththe objective and subjective guidelines that suggest these effects. A multilevel mechanism model is built to study the way in which physical exercises affect physical health and the way of subjective response to health. It is learnt that, while evaluating the physical condition of the student, the physical affects health directly. Style of sport life, exercise motive, and physical self-concept serves as mediator variables. When they leave direct influences upon health, they are in turn subjected to other variables. So far as its impact is concerned, mediator variables remain important factors, though the influence of physique upon health is an important variable. Research of the model shows that the objective quota and subjective quota cannot replace each other while evaluating their impact upon health. They also function differently. It is necessary to study quotas because they work together to improve health.4. The research into effects on the adolescen benefit of mental health by different ways of physical exercise between the east and the west. It is concluded 1) that different ways of physical exercises lead to positive effects on various aspects of health. So far as different ways and sexes are concerned, these effects are in different forms. Generally speaking, attendance in various physical exercises improves the subjective evaluation of adolescent mental health, and is regarded as an important way to maintain physical and mental health. According a comparative study of different experiment results, taijiquan plays a less positive role in improving adolescent health. Aerobic dancing tops the Chinese Dance group, which tops jogging. Taijiquan is the least effective way. However, taijiquan works better than other events to adjust the attendee' s emotion. 2) That physical self-consept as an important part of mental health, is the beat personality variable to marks and influences...
