It is an important teaching task to training and improving Students teachers’ practice ability in teacher education, and the pre-service teachers’ ability in teaching practice is one of the standards on measuring the quality of teaching education.Especially during the basic education curriculum reform deepening today, the new curriculum ideas, course structure, course categories, course features,basic education curriculum evaluation occupancy,for teachers the professional knowledge and expertise have put forward new demands and new challenges, especially to develop appropriate standards in the teaching practice of teachers’ability to organize and direct the implementation of teaching. However, many of the facts and the results of studies on the ability of normal students’teaching practice constantly warn us that the students have shown too much discomfort in teaching practice,such as they can’t combine the theory with the practical teaching, poor instructional design capability and low ability in organizing and implementing the classroom teaching. Thus, the author had a great interest in researching on the current status of pre-service teachers’ teaching practice ability and hoe to improve pre-service teachers’teaching practice ability by improving the educational practice and teaching practice.This paper is instructed by the theory of Teacher Professional Development and the standard of primary and secondary school teacher, using the questionnaire and interview outline made by the author as research tools and taking the students in XX normal university as the research object to conduct the research, the author also interview some students and primary teachers for getting better materials and information.The author of the survey and interviews collation and analysis of the results showed the following four aspects:First, the normal students in teaching practice’s ability to raise the awareness of the need and constitutes handed emphasis on teaching preparation and implementation stages needed practical ability, the vast majority of other normal students are aware of the ability to enhance their teaching practice a great necessity; Second is the matter of education and training survey results show the effect of time and form of normal students internship arrangement was satisfactory, for poor school instructor guidance and management satisfaction, teacher education students experienced teaching practice after practice its ability to enhance the preparation and implementation stages large and complete the required capabilities to enhance teaching practice stage a lesser extent; three Normal practice is teaching students the basic situation and the weak capacity of the reasons for the survey results show that normal students evaluate their preparation and implementation stages required for the practice of teaching higher level of competence needed to evaluate the ability of its implementation phase, but overall Normal students on their ability level teaching practice evaluation is not high, the reason there are two that" the lack of opportunities for teaching practice and time, the lack of interoperability educational course"; four different study and practice to improve their capacity for effective teaching practice survey showed that the highest increase in the effectiveness of education and training opportunities and time teaching practice in two ways.In the last part of the paper, the author put forward some Suggestions of cultivating and improving students’ teaching ability by analyzing factors that restrict students’ teaching ability (e.g. the curriculum design of teacher education, the method of teaching student teachers,...
