Purpose:This experiment by swimming mice to establish high temperature fatigue model,to observe the effects of high temperature environment to the mouse sports ability.By eating selenium-rich tea polysaccharide(STP) to get to konow the STP to the improvement of fatigue. As research the STP medicinal value provide the test reason.Test method:By centrifugal,precipitation,Sevage and so on to get the preparation of STP. To establish5weeks of endurance sports in mice model,give them different doses of STP lavage solution.Respectively to measure the behavioral aspects of indexes and tissue biochemical indexes. The determination of biochemical indicators of24h after exercise and after exercise. Blood biochemical indexes including blood sugar,Bla,BUN and CK,Biochemical indicator of skeletal muscle and liver including glycogen content,MDA content and GSH-Px activity.Result:Under the environment of high temperature games make serum CK,Bla; elevated BUN concentration;Skeletal muscle and liver MDA content increased; Skeletal muscle and liver GSH-Px to reduce.To take the STP can reduce serum CK,BUN,Bla concentration;Reduce the skeletal muscle and liver MDA content;Skeletal muscle and liver GSH-Px to increased;Quicken the speed of muscle glycogen and liver glycogen.Conclusion:Thermal environment of mice swim training will occur early fatigue and fatigue exacerbated, supplement STP can promote sports fatigue under thermal environment...
