Objective Exercise-induced fatigue is a normal physiological phenomenon occurring during the process of human movement and has no damage to the human body.However,if a timely recovery is not obtained,fatigue accumulation leads to excessive fatigue,which has a negative impact on health.The rational diet and nourishment have a good regulating effect on the recovery of sports fatigue.Chicken due to contain some bioactive peptides(such as amino acid histidine,tyrosine,methionine and cysteine)with temperature in the Qi,relieve fatigue,improve memory and other effects.For this purpose,we made a one-time exhaustive model of mice by increasing weight swimming,and studied the effect of anti fatigue exercise on chicken breast and its antioxidant mechanism,providing a strong experimental basis for the use of chicken breast meat in resisting exercise fatigue.Method 60 healthy male Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group and positive control group,10 rats in each group.High,medium and low dose groups were fed 360g/kg,240g/kg and 120g/kg body weight freely,respectively.The normal control group and model control group were fed with common fodder.On the basis of free feeding of ordinary feed,the positive control group was given the imidazole two peptide oral liquid according to the weight of 200mg/kg.In addition to the normal control group,the rest group took a single loading and exhaustive swimming exercise for exercise fatigue training,and the negative weight eventually reached 8% of body weight in mice.Four weeks after the death,the stock four myo-Determination of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content and muscle glycogen,liver tissue and the determination of SOD,GSH-PX and MDA activity of liver glycogen and urinary nitrogen(BUN)content.Result(1)The activities of SOD and GSH-Px in the four muscles and liver of the high and middle dose group were significantly higher than those of the model control group(P<0.05),and the amount of MDA was significantly lower than that of the model control group(P<0.05),indicating that the chicken breast meat had obvious antioxidant capacity in mice.(2)Compared with model control group,high dose group liver tissue in BUN was significantly lower than the model control group(P<0.01),and the content of high dose group mice femoral head four muscle glycogen and liver glycogen was obviously higher than the model group(P<0.05),that the chicken breast meat can increase muscle,reserves liver glycogen,reduce protein metabolism.(3)Chicken breast meat can significantly enhance the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in skeletal muscle and liver of exhaustive mice,reduce the increase of MDA content in skeletal muscle and liver,and reduce oxygen free radicals produced during exercise fatigue.At the same time,increase the muscle / liver glycogen storage and maintain blood glucose level,reduce BUN production,reduce the proportion of protein involved in energy supply,and reduce the occurrence of pathological fatigue.(4)Compared with the model control group,the body weight of each dose group increased significantly(P<0.01),and the exhaustion time was significantly prolonged(P<0.05),indicating that the chicken breast meat promoted the growth and exercise endurance of mice.(5)Compared with the positive control group,there was no significant difference in the activity of SOD and GSH-Px and the content of MDA in each dose group(P>0.05).Muscle / liver glycogen content was higher than that of the positive control group,and the amount of BUN is lower than the positive control group(P>0.05).compared with the normal control group,the antioxidant and anti fatigue indexes of the model control group showed significant changes,with a very significant difference(P<0.01),indicating that the experimental modeling is effective.Conclusion Chicken breast meat can significantly enhance the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in skeletal muscle and liver of exhaustive mice,reduce the increase of MDA content in skeletal muscle and liver,and reduce oxygen free radicals produced during exercise fatigue.At the same time,increase the muscle / liver glycogen storage and maintain blood glucose level,reduce BUN production,reduce the proportion of protein involved in energy supply,and reduce the occurrence of pathological fatigue.
