The21st century is the century of information technology revolution, the rapid development of wireless communication technology and network technology, intelligent terminal to all walks of life have brought tremendous changes. Education and information is the root cause of the power source of education reform. IT is widely used in the field of education teaching, will change the original structure of the teaching philosophy and teaching system which adapts at different levels. Information technology in the field of education teaching essentially caused a change in two aspects: one is to promote the learning resources storage and transmission of change; second is caused by a change in leaps and learning tools, and gradually changing the learning those old ways of learning and thinking habits. Therefore, all levels of government institutions of all kinds of educational information will be treated as an important measure to promote the development and current educational reform to achieve the modernization of education.
