This article discusses the process from the "copying stage" to "innovation Stage" about the efficiency of classroom teaching mode and been designed to provide a reference for basic education school curriculum,in NO.1Middle School of Gaoling’s classroom teaching reform as an example.The chapters of this article are as follows:The first chapter describes the background of the implementation of curriculum in NO.1Middle School of Gaoling.The efficiency of classroom teaching mode is a new teaching mode which appears in the new curriculum reform.Then this chapter describes the reasons for the curriculum refom in three dimensions:government requirements for curriculum reform;the efforts of Shaanxi Province for curriculum reform; the dilemma NO.1Middle School of Gaoling faces.The second chapter focuses on the efficiency of classroom teaching mode of NO.1Middle School of Gaoling, introducing the culture of NO.2Middle School of Changle’s "271efficiency of classroom teaching mode" operation mode of classroom teaching as well as behind it, noting that the the efficiency of classroom teaching mode construction is a systematic project, without construction of campus culture as a support, it is difficult to achieve results. While the article describes in detail about the curriculum reform of NO.1Middle School of Gaoling which is a process of learning from the visit, overall progress, curriculum into the deep water, until the creation of a new teaching model "553wisdom teachings", and the innovations of "553wisdom teachings " were cited.The third chapter summarizes the experience and lessons of the implementation of curriculum in NO.1Middle School of Gaoling.The article believes that the keys to successful reform of classroom teaching is thatright target;participation of teachers;efforts of school leaders.By mimicking mature curriculum reform model,NO.1Middle School of Gaoling eventually generates its own curriculum reform mode,providing a successful experience for the general secondary schools to promote the new curriculum mode,so it’s worth all of us to learn from.
